Super! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure you know what position you\u2019ll be playing.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the biggest mistakes I see in team presentations is when one person on the team is speaking \u2014 and the others on the team don\u2019t exactly know what to do with their bodies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> &#8220;<b>Just because you&#8217;re speaking doesn&#8217;t mean you&#8217;re not presenting.\u201d<\/b> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Know your role in the team presentation: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Team Presentations: Know Your Roles and Positions\" width=\"580\" height=\"435\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IQ_f6Fhs-d4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x1f4a1;Are you the team leader &#8211; acting as an MC or visionary? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x1f58a;Are you the closer or subject matter expert?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x1f64c;Are you supporting your team by being an ally?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x1f441;Are you observing the body language of the audience and looking for unspoken questions? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you know what role or position you&#8217;re playing, you&#8217;re more likely to really present as a team &#8212; instead of a rag-tag collection of individuals.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Get into a huddle before you present as a team. Know your position. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Support each other while you present.
